This barge and pair of tugs sat on the Kentucky side of the river (across from the village) since the afternoon of the 1st.(or about 12 hours). Apparently, they wanted to stop and listen to the concert at the village pavilion last night. They finally moved along at around 0600 the morning of the 2nd.
(Shown) We have 'Mr. Larry' in the lead, pulling via cable and 'Sea Hog' in the rear pushing this barge of probable wind turbine pillars / pedestals.
